JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-08-2023 Earlier, vide order dated 17.05.2023, prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner no. 2 (Mamta Devi) already stood dismissed as withdrawn.

2. The petitioners (petitioner no. 1 & 3) apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 427, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against petitioner no. 1 is that he assaulted informant with Dab, on account of which, informant sustained injury on his head and thereafter, he snatched golden chain worth Rs. 50,000/- from the neck of informant, whereas, petitioner no. 3 is alleged to have assaulted the informant with iron rod. Doctor has found grievous injury.
