The petitioner seeks bail in Bihar P.S. Case No. 700 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 (1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, one mobile phone was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is in custody since 15.10.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned APP vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let

No.17249 of 2022(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 700 of 2021.
