2. Earlier the petitioner was granted provisional bail vide order dated 18.03.2024 and learned counsel for the petitioner seeks confirmation of the provisional bail granted to the petitioner.

3. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bhabua Mahila P.S. Case No. 20 of 2023 of the offences punishable u/s 498A, 494, 509 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of the I.T. Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the informant was married to the petitioner in the year 2019 and she went to her Sasural where some difference cropped up between the

No.19789 of 2024(5) dt.16-12-2024 2/3 informant and her husband and then the father of the informant brought her to his home and thereafter the informant learnt that her husband married another girl and further the informant learnt from the facebook that the petitioner by creating fake I.D. projected the informant as prostitute and made viral the same on facebook which led mental disorder to the informant.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is the husband of the informant and he has no concern with the alleged offence. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Learned counsel has further submitted that the petitioner was earlier granted the provisional bail vide order dated 18.03.2024 by a Coordinate Bench of this court. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2023.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 18.03.2024 is hereby confirmed in connection with Bhabua Mahila P.S. Case No. 20 of 2023 to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Kaimur

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19789 of 2024(5) dt.16-12-2024 3/3 at Bhabua.

8. The application stands allowed.
