The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 21-02-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9150 of 2019 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 214 of 2018 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in the cause title of the order dated 21-02-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9150 of 2019, the name of the petitioner's father has wrongly been mentioned as "Bharti Bhushan Paswan" in place of "Rajendra Paswan" and due to that reason, the petitioner could not surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below well within the time. Hence, it is prayed that in the cause title of the order dated 21-02-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14612 of 2019(2) dt.14-03-2019 2/2 9150 of 2019, the name of father of the petitioner be corrected as "Rajendra Paswan" in place of "Bharti Bhushan Paswan" and further time may be extended so that the petitioner could surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the order dated 21-02-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9150 of 2019 is modified to the extent that in the cause title, the name of the father of the petitioner be read as "Rajendra Paswan" in place of "Bharti Bhushan Paswan" and the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The rest of the conditions shall remain the same as mentioned in the order dated 21-02-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9150 of 2019.

The order dated 21-02-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9150 of 2019 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of. (Sudhir Singh, J) A.K.V.//- U T
