The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with C2-45 of 2019 /49 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 45 liters of illicit Nepali Soufi wine from the possession of the petitioner while he was coming from Nepal to India.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 29.01.2019.

Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with C2-45 of 2019.
