JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/341/324/325/307/504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons came variously armed with and brutally assaulted the informant, his father Peru Yadav and uncle Chhavi Yadav.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that all the three injuries have been found simple in nature. There is counter versions of the occurrence and petitioner's side also received injury. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
