The petitioner is in custody in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No.33 of 2017, a case under Sections 326/506/448/302/201/427 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is full brother of the deceased. During occurrence of assault co-accused Abhishek Singh, another brother, is alleged to have given a sword blow at the stomach of the deceased and co-accused Shibji Singh, the father of the deceased, is said to have pierced spear at the chest of the deceased. Considering the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named,

No.58253 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 P2/ be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No.33 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
