ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the First Information Report of Kursakanta P.S. Case No. 2 dated 7.1.2003. The counsel for the State submits that now charge sheet has been submitted.

Considering that the Petitioner seeks quashing of First Information Report which should be rarely interfered with, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

The application stands disposed off with a direction to the Investigating Officer to conclude the investigation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, if he has not done so already.
