11.02.2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

There is corresponding injury on the victim, which is evident even from the injury-report, annexed by the petitioner himself, as Annexure-5. Therefore, it is not a case of false accusation made out against the two petitioners. The two petitioners have played an active role and consciously committed crime, therefore, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. However, they should surrender and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit.

Anticipatory bail of the petitioners, abovenamed, is rejected in connection with Amarpur P. S.
