The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 406, 409 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner, being the Manager of the PACS, is alleged to have misappropriated a sum of Rs. 3,48,754/- along with the Chairman and other members of the PACS after selling paddy. It is submitted that the sale proceeds amounting to Rs. 3,48,754/- along with interest thereon amounting to Rs. 82,883/- was deposited and, on that ground, Harendra Sharma, Chairman of the PACS, was granted bail by the learned Sessions Judge. Considering the fact that the entire amount with interest has already been deposited, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26598 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 2/2 of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Banka in Katoria (Jaipur) P.S. Case No. 79/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
