The matter has been taken up through video conferencing.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Keshariya P.S. case No. 507 of 2019 registered under Section 467, 468, 471, 420 of the IPC.

The informant, Lady Supervisor, reported that petitioner submitted her 8th pass certificate which is forged and fabricated.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of Annexure-4, it would appear that the Headmaster of the school reported that certificate issued by the school is genuine and her name appears at serial no. 38 in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15335 of 2020(4) dt.19-10-2020 2/2 admission register. Later on the same Headmaster gave another certificate on the basis of which the FIR was registered. It is further submitted that petitioner filed Cr. W. J. C. No. 1801 of 2019 for quashing of the FIR but the same was disposed of and genuineness of the two documents are yet to be verified. It appears from perusal of the case diary that the documents are not yet verified.

Having regard to the facts and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Keshariya P.S. case No. 507/2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
