JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 27-04-2022 After arguing at considerable length, we have proposed to the learned counsel for the appellant that he may make representation before the appropriate authority for fresh appointment, if the scheme is still in operation. The Ld. Counsel for the appellant has got no objection to the said proposal.
The learned State counsel submits that if such
