The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 105 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. No. 1774 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant, namely, Devashish Das has named this petitioner only because he had accompanied Saket Kumar at the time of negotiation for sale and purchase of land which was negotiated by his junior Sahjanand Jha. It is further submitted that neither the petitioner is the recipient of any consideration amount nor has he witnessed any of the documents of sale. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34715 of 2014 (5) dt.18-09-2015 the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, East Muzuffarpur in connection with Mithanpura P.S.
