JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 272 and 273 . of the Indian Penal Code and section 47(a) of Excise Act. It is alleged that from the motel of the petitioner 22 liters of illicit country made liquor as well as foreign liquor were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that at the time of seizure the petitioner was not present. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the quantity of recovery, it is a case for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six
