The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 376, 315, 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the petitioner established illicit relationship with the victim on the promise of marriage. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 4.7.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with the victim on the promise of marriage. Later on, he retracted from the said promise. Hence the present case has been instituted. There is no other
