JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-08-2015 Vide order dated 23.07.2015, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has already deposited Rs. 60,00,026.00 after institution of the First Information Report. It was further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit 20% of the balance outstanding dues within a period of one year. It is made clear that 20% of Rs. 5,65,60,018.12 is Rs. 1,13,12,003.60. Against the said amount i.e., Rs. 1,13,12,003.60, Rs. 60,00,026.00 has already been deposited by the petitioner. Now the balance amount of the aforesaid amount is only to be deposited by the petitioner.
