====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 17.2.2018, seeks bail in K.Hat (Maranga) PS Case No. 90 of 2018 registered under Sections 413 and 414 of the IPC.
The allegation in brief is that the informant, police officer, knocked door of the petitioner and found him in possession of two mobiles and which are suspected to be stolen. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was apprehended from his rented house, the two mobiles are his personal mobiles, he is in custody since 17.2.2018 and has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, subject to verification of the criminal antecedent, the petitioner, namely, Rakesh Kumar Thakur is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Purnea in connection with K.Hat (Maranga) PS Case No. 90 of 2018.
