The petitioners being the parents of the husband of the sister of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 498A, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is of killing the sister of the informant after two years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demands. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that no injury has been found on the body of the victim and the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim. The husband of the victim is in custody.

Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim, let the abovenamed petitioners be released on anticipatory bail , in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 461/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
