JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected twice by this court, lastly, vide order dated 22.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56626/2021.

Petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that during the trial the informant, Rizwana, has not supported the prosecution case and has been declared hostile. She stated that she could not see the assailants of the deceased. Petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2020.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, the period of custody of the petitioner and the deposition of the informant, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
