The anticipatory bail application was heard and allowed on 10.01.2023. However, in the petition the father's name of petitioner nos. 2 and 3 was interchanged with that of petitioner no. 1 which according to the learned counsel for the petitioners was by mistake in his own petition itself. The petitioners it seems have suffered for three long months only because the petitions are not filed after proper scrutiny. Now the modification petition has been filed (Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24397 of 2023(2) dt.12-04-2023 2/2 Misc. No. 24397 of 2023) in which it has been stated that father's name of petitioner nos. 2 and 3 is Binod Kumar Singh while that of petitioner no. 1 is late Lalit Roy. Accordingly, the order is modified to the following extent:- "Sunil Kumar Singh @ Sunil Kumar Sushant @ Sunil Sushant Son Of Late Lalit Roy R/O Village- Rani, P.S.- Bachhabara, DistrictBegusarai. Nishant Kumar Singh @ Chunnu Son Of Binod Kumar Singh R/O Village- Rani, P.S.- Bachhabara, District- Begusarai.

Prabhat Kumar Singh @ Kumar Prabhat Son Of Binod Kumar Singh R/O VillageRani, P.S.- Bachhabara, District- Begusarai" In view of the fact that the period of four weeks for surrender has already elapsed the same is extended for further four weeks from today.

The Cr. Misc. No.24397 of 2023 is accordingly allowed.
