ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for O.P. No.2 as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1747 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted by the parties that the relationship between them has now been normalized and they are living together in peace and harmony. A supplementary affidavit to the said effect has also been filed today.
