JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 29.11.2011 contained in Memo No. 269 dated 29.11.2011, passed in Appeal Case No. 68/2010 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Katihar. Permission is accorded.
