The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No.393 of 2017, a case under Sections 147/148/149/323/353/307/436/332/333/427 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation against about 70 persons to have committed assault and arson.

Considering the general and omnibus allegation as well as the fact that the petitioner is a female and she has stated on oath that she has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58261 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 P2/ amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No.393 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
