The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 552 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, while the informant was returning his home from Fatuha Bazar, on the way both the petitioners assaulted the informant by Gadasa causing cut injury on his nose and grievous injury on his hand.

It is submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case, as they have not cast their vote in favour

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of injury, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above-named on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
