Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 Arms Act.
According to FIR, the petitioner and others are alleged to have assaulted the deceased, as a result whereof, he died.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the deceased himself was a notorious criminal and he might have been assaulted and murdered in some heinous criminal activity. The petitioner has falsely been implicated on suspicion. Considering the general and omnibus allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58459 of 2017 (2) dt.14-12-2017 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Khajekalan Police Station Case No.98 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
