The petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the pistol so recovered was without any cartridges and he has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with
