Patna High Court CWJC No.4898 of 2023(2) dt.03-07-2023 2/2 writ/order/direction to issue direction to the respondents Central Board of Secondary Education, Regional Office, Patna (Respondents No - 5 and 6) to make verification of Grade Sheet (Marks Sheet) and Certificate of Secondary School Examination - 2012 bearing Roll No - 7155918 and sent the same Verification report to the Office of the Senior Superintendent of Post, Dehradun Division, Dehradun Uttarakhand as requested by him vide letter dated - 05.12.2022 (Uttarakhand)."

The learned counsel representing the Central Board of Secondary Education has produced copy of communication dated 09.06.2023 issued by the Assistant Secretary of the Central Board of Secondary Education, Regional Office, Patna, addressed to the Department of Posts at Dehradun, which shows that the petitioner's qualification has been verified. It is not in dispute that in view of the said letter, relief has become infructuous.

Writ application is accordingly dismissed.

Copy of the communication dated 09.06.2023 is kept on record.
