2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground.
3. Learned Counsel for the State has raised preliminary objection and submits that till date the committee
Patna High Court CWJC No.5885 of 2025(2) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 has not decided the case of the petitioner and it is pending for opinion of Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer in the next meeting.
4. In the light of the submissions made by the parties and particularly after going through Annexure-P/4 Serial No.2, there is no need of any interference by this Court at this juncture as this case is premature. Hence, this writ petition is disposed off as premature.
