The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323/341/354/448/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner came to the house of the informant and insulted father-in-law of elder sister of the informant when the informant made protest then all the petitioners entered into the house and assaulted the informant and her sister and took away a box containing some articles. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on 21.06.2014, the daughter of the petitioner no.1, namely, Mohan Sah filed Supaul(Mahila) P.S. Case No.67 of 2014 levelling accusation under sections 376/506 of the Indian Penal
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26329 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 2/2 Code against the brother of the informant and, thereafter, the present case has been lodged on 01.08.2014. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.347 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
