The petitioner seeks bail in Runnisaidpur P. S. Case No. 2/19 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties.

The brother of the petitioner has also filed case against the informant vide Runnisadpur P.S. case no. 4. of 2019. Both petitioner and informant are drivers. The altercation had taken place due to taking of pass of the vehicle. In the written report, it is alleged that on account of altercation due to taking of pass of the vehicle, this petitioner assaulted the informant with iron rod on his head. The injury

The petitioner is in custody since 3.1.2019.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM Sitamarhi, in connection with Runnisaidpur P.
