2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition for the following reliefs:

(I) For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs in the nature of mandamus, Commanding and directing the respondents to initiate Encroachment Case against the encroaches, who encroached the land of petitioner situated at village Arihana Thana No. 481 Khata No. 336 Khesra No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4489 of 2025(2) dt.24-03-2025 2/2 1203 Area 05 decimals.

(II) For issuance of an appropriate direction to the respondent Circle Officer, Azamnagar to dispose the representation of petitioner filed by petitioner for removing the encroachment over aforesaid land situated at Khata No. 336, Khesra No. 1203 in village Arihana.

The aforesaid land has been purchased by petitioner on 15.01.2024 however the muscle men of village has encroached the land which causes hindrance in using the land of petitioner.

(III) For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled to get the relief.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application dated 15.10.2024 (Annexure P/4) before the Circle Officer, Azamnagar (respondent no. 4) but the said application has not been disposed of by the Authority. He further submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the Circle Officer, Azamnagar (respondent no. 4) for expeditious disposal of the said pending application.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the parties, this case is disposed of with the direction to the Circle Officer, Azamnagar (respondent no. 4) to dispose of the aforesaid application dated 15.10.2024 (Annexure P/4) expeditiously in accordance with law.
