20.02.2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Other co-accused has already been acquitted.
Petitioner was not put under trial, because he said to be a absconder, but counsel for the petitioner submits that he had no knowledge about the same.
Be that as it may, anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is allowed.
Let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sitamarhi P. S. Case No. 66 of 2006, which shall be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36049 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in subsection (2) of section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
One of the sureties will be executed by a close blood relation and other by a government servant of the area or atleast a villager of the village to which the petitioner belongs.
