Petitioners are accused in connection with Bhagwanpur (Belaon) P.S. Case No. 91 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 332, 333, 353 and 427 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. They have falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 24.05.2018 and 01.06.2018 respectively.

Case No. 91 of 2018.
