The petitioner, in the present writ application, is seeking direction to respondent nos. 4 and 5 to pay the entire dues to the petitioner against supply of 250 quintals of paddy to Bhori PACS in the district of Gaya.

It is the petitioner's case that initially the PACS was not receiving supply of the paddy and it was upon intervention of the authorities that 250 quintals of paddy was purchased by the PACS

Patna High Court CWJC No.8665 of 2021(2) dt.08-02-2022 2/2 from the petitioner. It has been asserted that he was asked by the Block Cooperative Officer on 27.01.2021 to withdraw the complaint which he had made before the Commissioner.

It is petitioner's further case that on the instruction of Block Cooperative Officer, he had supplied the paddy to Bhori PACS in the presence of the Block Cooperative Officer and the PACS Chairman.

In our view, the nature of relief as sought for by the petitioner in the proceeding under Article 226 of the Constitution of India cannot be entertained at this stage. The petitioner shall be at liberty to pursue his remedy before appropriate authority by making representation.
