Petitioners in these two anticipatory bail applications are the husband, father-in-law of the deceased. It is submitted on their behalf that deceased was under treatment, while returning from treatment she met with an accident, which

Information about the accident was given to the Police Station also, has been recorded vide Station Diary Entry No. 646 dated 31.01.2014 of Sarmera Police Station.

Let petitioners surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below and apply for regular bail in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 11 of 2014 on the grounds noted above, which should be considered in the light of the materials collected in the case diary taking into account the age of the father-in-law, preferably on the same day.
