The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 1251 of 2023 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 406, 420, 363 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, informant is the owner of M/S Bharat Associate and on the pretext of giving job after giving 45 days of training, he has taken Rs. 25,000/- each from the informant as well as his two friends.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 23-12-2023. Petitioner bears one criminal antecedent, as per disclosure made in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20920 of 2024(2) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 paragraph No. 3 of the bail application.

It has been further submitted by the petitioner's counsel that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 25,000/- to the informant.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner. 7.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody of the petitioner and petitioner being ready to pay Rs. 25,000/-, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 1251 of 2023, after verifying the fact that petitioner has paid Rs. 25,000/- to the informant.
