JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 261 of 2019 for offences under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is that in the past the complainant has lodged a complaint of abduction of her daughter Parwati Devi against them.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are neighbours of the alleged victim lady Parwati Devi, mother of five children, who is always quarreling with

Considering aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Let petitioners, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender within two months from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhowrah P.S.
