Petitioners are accused in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 207 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 307, 302, 379/120B of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent. There is specific allegation against the co-accused Ashok Yadav. Further submission is that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. They are in custody since 10.04.2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42809 of 2018(2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 207 of 2018 (G.R. No. 898 of 2018).
