In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 57 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

An allegation has been made against the petitioner to have kidnapped the daughter of the Informant but, the statement of the victim girl made under Section 164 Cr.P.C. shows that she herself had gone voluntarily with the petitioner. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Shailesh Kumar Yadav @ Aditya Yadav, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on
