The petitioner has filed the present writ application raising a grievance that the seniority list has not been prepared and whenever it is prepared, the petitioner's representation may be considered. He further submits that in terms of The Bihar School Exclusive Teachers Rule, 2023 (Annexure 12 of the I.A.), the petitioner has already filed a representation regarding preparation of seniority

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this writ application is disposed with a direction to the D.E.O., East Champaran, Motihari, to consider the representation of the petitioner at the time of preparation of seniority list of the teachers.
