The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 406, 409, 418, 420, 467 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is alleged to have defalcated Rs. 2,09,769/- from the funds of Mid-Day-Meal.
It is submitted that the petitioner has already deposited the entire amount in the SBI A/C No. 30369755369 of Mid-Day-Meal. To this effect, letter no. 73 dated 30.01.2015 was sent by the Block Education Extension Officer (the informant) to the Officer-in-charge informing him that the petitioner has already deposited the entire amount.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34749 of 2014 (2) dt.18-02-2015 2/2 petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K. Dixit, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 91/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
