In view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Bholanath Mukherjee & Others Vs.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16301 of 2017 dt.16-11-2017 2/2 Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Centenary College & Others, (2011) 5 SCC 464, and the Delhi High Court in the case of Forum of SC and ST Legislators and Parliamentarians Vs. Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. & Another (WP (C) No.1698 of 2017) decided on 27.02.2017, a public interest litigation with regard to recruitment and service matter is not permissible. Therefore, the petition is disposed with liberty to the aggrieved person to take recourse of filing separate writ petition before the appropriate Bench.
