The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur (Belaon) P.S. Case No. 260 of 2022 registered under Sections 341/323/504/354(b)/506/307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A)/41(i)/45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady. She is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Further he submits that from perusal of Seizure List, it is apparent that the alleged recovery has been made from the house of one Rajbansh

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-VIIcum-Special Judge (Excise), Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhagwanpur (Belaon) P.S. Case No. 260 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
