No.01 of 2023 The present interlocutory application has been filed for correcting the nomenclature of the respondent no.4 and it is submitted that the Block Development Officer, Munger be read as Block Development Officer, Tarapur, District-Munger. It is directed accordingly.

CWJC No.4924 of 2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1) For issuance of a writ is the nature of

Patna High Court CWJC No.4924 of 2022(4) dt.16-01-2024 2/3 mandamus or any other appropriate writs, orders or directions commanding the respondents to give the benefit of 3rd ACP along with its consequent benefits as he has worked completed more than Thirty years of service.

(II) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writs orders and directions commanding the respondent to pay the suspension allowance/salary of suspension period i.e, from 17.10.2001 to 05.12.2003 so the suspension was revoked later on the A.C.P. (Assured Career Progression) scheme is the right of the petitioner which accrues to government employee after completion of 10/20/30 years of service in a condition when government employee is not given any promotion in his carrier and he practically stagnate on the some post. The petitioner has stagnated on the same post as a driver since his joining on 26.04.1988 till being retained on 31.12.2021."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Munger for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today,

Patna High Court CWJC No.4924 of 2022(4) dt.16-01-2024 3/3 the District Magistrate, Munger shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
