====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 03-05-2024 Cr. Misc. No. 40515 of 2023 was allowed and the petitioner had undertaken to pay Rs. 50,000/- as medical assistance, the same was conditional.

2. Now, Cr. Misc. No. 34591 of 2024 has been preferred stating that he may be given some time so that he could make payment of Rs. 50,000/- as being inside the jail, he could not make payment.

3. Learned APP has no objection.

4. In that view of the matter, the order dated 14.07.2023 is modified.

5. Let the petitioner be released on provisional bail for a period of two months and by the end of this period he will be making payment of Rs. 50,000/- as medical assistance to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34591 of 2024(2) dt.03-05-2024 2/2 informant and if the demand draft is submitted before the concerned Court, it shall confirm the provisional bail. If however, he fails to do so, same is liable to be cancelled.
