ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.
Petitioner no.1, being the husband, and petitioner No.2, being the mother-in-law of the complainant, are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.04 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offences under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1-husband accepts his responsibility and is willing to keep his wife with full dignity and honour.

No.29443 of 2015 (3) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the undertaking given by the petitioner no.1-husband that there shall be no recurrence of any untoward act so as to cause any mental torture to her in future, let both the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Complaint Case No.04 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
