2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. Case No. 567 of 2023 for the offence registered under sections 302, 120(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 12.09.2023 by the informant, Balram Kumar Rai.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that the victim lady was married to the family of the petitioner who is the mother-in-law but was always tortured for dowry. Further, due to the husband having illicit relationship, she was forced to leave secluded life and finally they got information about her death and the body was in a decomposed position when it was taken out by the police. This led to the F.I.R.

Though learned Counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Barnwal persuaded this Court that the lady is mother-in-law and some of the accused persons are now on bail, learned State Counsel has taken this Court to paragraph-16 of the case diary to show that the process under section 82 of the Cr.P.C. has been issued by the concerned Court.
5. Taking into account the aforesaid facts and the development that has taken place in between, the petitioner is well advised to seek bail.
6. The anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
7. However, if the petitioner surrenders and prefers bail before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks from today, the Court concerned shall take up the matter and dispose it of on the same day.
