JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant's bag containing Rs. two lacs, mobile and documents were stolen by the accused persons. The name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation as the SIM card registered in the name of this petitioner was used in the stolen mobile.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion, the accusation has been levelled. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26578 of 2015 (2) dt.03-07-2015 2/2 of prayer for regular bail.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 115 of 2010. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
