This application for regular bail arises out of Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No. 528 of 2019 (G.R. No. 3666/2019), disclosing offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. The First Information Report was registered against unknown. The petitioner's name cropped up on the basis of confessional statement of one Sohail Khan. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that on the basis of his confessional statement the petitioner's name has surfaced and he has been made accused in other cases also. He has submitted that co-accused Manoj Kr. Choohan has been allowed regular bail by this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16237 of 2020(3) dt.08-06-2020 2/2 Court by order dated 15.05.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15897 of 2020.

Considering the submission that similarly circumstanced co-accused has been allowed regular bail, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No. 528 of 2019..
