08-06-2015 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 211 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 504, 323, 354, 308, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dian Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners draws attention of this court to paragraph 3 of the order of learned Sessions Judge and contents thereof. He submits that these are cases and counter cases being filed by the parties.

Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioners, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
